Third Northern Real Estate Forum

On May 21, 2024, Newlex was invited to participate in the Third Northern Real Estate Forum, organized by CANADEVI Comarca Lagunera. The event brought together public and private sector leaders to discuss current challenges and opportunities in real estate development in the north of the country.

During the panel on strategic alliances in the sector, key topics related to the legal structuring of real estate projects were addressed. Newlex shared perspectives on how adequate legal planning, the use of efficient legal vehicles, the design of clear rules between partners, and the proactive management of risks, including those of an agricultural and land registry nature, are fundamental elements for attracting institutional capital, mitigating contingencies, and facilitating the scalability of developments.
