LATAM Investment Workshop Guadalajara 2024

On November 8, 2024, Newlex was invited as a speaker at the LATAM Investment Workshop 2024 in Guadalajara, an event focused on connecting developers with key investors in Latin America. During the meeting, the project led by Grupo Jubica, an initiative notable for its social vision and sustainable commitment, was enthusiastically announced.

Newlex's participation focused on one of the most important topics for the sector: the legal structures that make capitalizing real estate projects viable. Critical aspects were addressed, such as the separation of risks by sphere (marketing, construction, and investment), the most efficient legal models for attracting capital (SAPIs and trusts), and the alignment of interests between developers, landowners, and capital partners. The focus demonstrated how a good legal architecture not only reduces friction but also accelerates access to institutional financing.
